Personal Care

Whatever your needs, we are here for you. Our respite services give carers for people with disabilities a break, while maintaining services for your loved ones at home or at our wonderful facility.  We understand everyone is different, and our friendly staff are here to accommodate our clients’ individual needs.  We can assist you with showering and dressing and helping you master your daily routine, from cleaning to washing and drying laundry, we have you covered.

Our experienced staff can help you achieve your goals with bespoke and structured help to get you where you need to be. Whether you require medication management and help in ways to improve how you get better, or support in attending appointments or catching public transport, we are here to help you tick off those essentials. We can help with personal banking and technological woes or support with community access such as gaining work experience and employment or studying toward a qualification – what do you want to achieve?

Nutrition and Meal Preparation

Our experienced staff will help guide you from food shopping to the kitchen, and toward making fresh healthy meals to give you that energy boost, or even some tasty treats for those with a sweet tooth. We can teach the benefit of different food groups and how to stay healthy with a balanced diet, with guidance on meal preparation and making mealtimes work for you and your schedule.
